Creating an Account

Direct Signup

Visit the signup page and fill in your details: name, email, password.

  • Navigate Login page and click on Signup link

Signup with Organization Code

If your organization provided a registration link, use it to automatically associate your account with the organization and its provided by learnCen Team

URL format: /signup/{orgPublicId}

Signup with Group Enrollment

Some organizations provide group-specific links that auto-enroll you into a user group and its associated classes.

URL format: /signup/{orgPublicId}/{groupSubscribeId}

Email Verification

After signup, you'll receive a verification email. Click the link to verify your account. You cannot access the platform until verified.

Logging In

Enter your email and password. reCAPTCHA verification may be required.

Forgot Password

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email to receive a password reset link.

Reset Password

Use the link from the reset email. Enter your new password (must meet complexity requirements).

Set Password (Admin Invited)

If an admin created your account, you'll receive a "Set Password" link. This is a one-time setup for admin-provisioned accounts.

Account Security

  • Passwords must meet minimum complexity requirements
  • Sessions expire after inactivity
  • Use a strong, unique password
